We are seeking certified professionals with a background in organizational psychology, operations management, or executive coaching. All roles require experience with time tracking analytics and client-facing consultation.

• Senior Productivity Consultant: 5+ years in workflow optimization, CPPC certification required. Lead enterprise engagements.
• Curriculum Developer: Design evidence-based learning modules. PhD in cognitive science or instructional design preferred.
• Data Analyst (Productivity Metrics): Expertise in R, Python, and dashboard visualization. Focus on client ROI reporting.

Internship Program

Our 3-month summer internship offers exposure to client engagement and tool development. Open to final-year master’s students in I-O psychology or MBA candidates with a focus on operations. Apply by March 15.
